White COPPRclay 100grams. Offering an exciting new addition to your metal clay palette, WHITE COPPRclay™ presents a silvery-grey colour after firing that can be oxidized, textured or highly polished to a bright shine. Like other metal clays, WHITE COPPRclay™ provides an incredible artistic range. Because it is a base metal (composed of copper and nickel), it is also economical and can be used for large sculptural pieces. WHITE COPPRclay can be pinched, rolled, sculpted, cut or manipulated in any way that you like. Kiln fire it, and the binder burns away, leaving a solid copper/nickel object.
This package contains 100g of metal clay.
• Composition: Metal powder (pure copper alloyed with nickel), water and non-toxic binding materials.
• Shrinkage: 20-25% (approx.)
• Firing Temp.: Phase one--ramp at 260°C/hour to 320°C and hold for 10 minutes; Phase two--ramp at full speed to 1,010°C and hold for 2 hours (total firing time, including ramp-time, will be just over 4 hour

WHITE COPPRclay™ enables design opportunities for every metal clay artist. Silvery-grey out of the kiln, this clay offers a bright new canvas for your designs. Texture it, add colour with oxidizers or patinas, or simply polish it to a gleaming white shine. Use WHITE COPPRclay to add contrast to your metal clay jewellery designs and hollowware creations: Create accent pieces and, after firing, partner white copper with other metal components or, layer unfired WHITE COPPRclay with original COPPRclay™ to create mokume gane-like woodgrain patterns. The possibilities are practically endless
